Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant.

What you will do
- Calls, scheduling and intake in English and Spanish
- Correspondence with patients, providers and payers
- Insurance verification and billing support inside your client's own process
- Preparing and maintaining medical documents and reports
- Virtual visit support for doctors and patients
- Taking on additional scope as your practice grows to rely on you
What we look for
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Experience with an EMR or EHR system, strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the adaptability to learn new software fast
- Organized, able to prioritize several tasks at once
- Medical office or healthcare setting experience is a plus
- Based in Latin America with a reliable internet connection and a backup
