The VMA Trainee Program.
A free, remote training program of three to six months for newly graduated nurses and medical allied professionals. Get hands-on training in telehealth support, work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, and launch a career in US healthcare from home.
Who it is for
- Newly graduated nurses and medical allied graduates
- Licensed nurses or board exam passers preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
- A genuine passion for patient care
- Stable primary internet plus a backup connection, and a power backup
What you will learn
- Supervised practice in virtual visit documentation and follow-up
- Practice exercises in patient records, appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- How healthcare providers are supported with administrative tasks
- Follow your client's confidentiality and privacy policies
- HIPAA, EHR navigation and US practice workflows, taught free of charge
Where it leads
